Ordered expensive perfume ($225) that I have been purchasing through Nordstrom for 2+ years. I did not receive the package and contacted customer service. I was accused of lying and they refused to replace or refund the item (stating it was signed for and the signature said "USPS covid 19"...clearly not my signature). When I actually received the item over a month later ....opened and in front of my apartment door, obviously mis-delivered or mistakenly picked up by someone in my building. It was CLEARLY expired or a knock off. I was told I'm out of luck and to take it up with Walmart (ordered via Walmart as I have never heard of this company). Hard lesson learned. Do NOT make the same mistake I did...save yourself the high blood pressure and hard earned money!!!
