I got the package opened, but the bottle of Design is totally impossible to open. It was supposed to be a tester with no cap, which it even says on the invoice packaging, but on the contrary, it DID COME WITH A CAP ON IT. Try to get it off, no way!!!
I tried everything, like pulling it off,
(like my other bottle of Design, which easily comes off), turning it, twisting it back and forth, using rubber gloves, etc. What should I do next? My other bottle of Design is almost empty. It’s my favorite perfume!!! I’ve worn it for years, and this is the first time, ever, that I’ve had this problem. Please give me another way to get the top off. I don’t want to send it back and wait for another bottle, and be without my Design for even 1 day!!!

Anytime I hug someone they say, " You smell wonderful! What are you wearing?" Design is a modest scent that is pleasing to the senses. I never smell it on myself, and it does not cloud the air around me. It is only detectable if you get close! To me, that's a perfect scent!

I use this perfume all the time and constantly get complemented on how great I smell. It's very subtle and fresh. I love it and love that I can get it from Beauty Encounter!

This is my all-time favorite perfume and hard to find. I am so glad that I found it at Beauty Encounter.
