I'm not at a place where I can discern top, middle, base notes, etc, but I can say I've sampled or own well over 100 fragrances in the last 3 years and it's been difficult to find a scent hat is masculine, yet subtle and not ubiquitous. This is as near to perfect as I've found to date. At a time when powdery, sweet and gender neutral scents are far too common, this was an excellent find. AS a side, shipping outside the US but within North America is not fast, but reasonable.
